Dr. Chelle Trunk Jacobs was born in Madison, Wisconsin but lived there briefly. She and her four siblings are “Air force brats” but she considers Azle home after they moved here in 1983. Dr. Jacobs is also an identical twin. Dr. Jacobs graduated from Azle HS in 1986. She was married to Mark Jacobs in 1991. Dr. Jacobs’ maiden name is Trunk. Her and Mark have three children.

Dr. Jacobs education includes has a Associates degrees in Business and Liberal Arts from TCJC. She also has a Associate in Dental Hygiene at Pima CC, Tucson Arizona, a Bachelors in Biology from the University of Arizona . She graduated with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Dr. Jacobs enjoy spending time with her large family which include her siblings and nine nieces and nephews. Her parents are Gerald and Sharon Trunk of Azle.

Dr. Jacobs volunteers for dental education in public schools and will go out of her way to make sure every child gets a memorable lesson about their teeth. Most children refer to her as Mrs. Flossy. She also donates her time to community dental assistance programs.

Dr. Jacobs also has volunteer to sever as a Deacon at Azle Christian Church and enjoys teaching children’s church. She painted the mural of Noah’s Ark in the church nursery and loves to see the children enjoy it. One of her favorite things about her church is the fellowship Wednesday night meals.

Dr. Jacobs hobbies include golf, snowboarding and gardening. She love a good book and is a Harry Potter fan.

Dr. Jacobs love’s Dentistry and enjoys working with patients of all ages.
